Uchimama’s Focus blend granola combines toasted coconut and cinnamon for the perfect balance of flavour and nourishment, making it the ideal snack post pilates or breakfast to kick-start your day. Our granola is enhanced with superfoods to take your focus to the next level:
Lion’s Mane Mushrooms 🧠 — Known for supporting brain health, reducing inflammation, and boosting cognitive function.
Mesquite 🌱 — A natural adaptogen that helps your body manage stress, while adding a rich flavour and a healthy dose of iron and zinc.
Incaberries 🍇 — Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, these tiny superfruits support immune health, reduce oxidative stress, and provide a refreshing burst of flavour.
What on earth is Mesquite and why is it in our granola? Well, it’s a powerful superfood that’s high in protein, it’s gluten-free, low fat and rich in fiber. Mesquite can work to help maintain blood sugar and it’s also packed full of minerals, is high in calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc. Super right?
Taking 5mins to myself on this sunny Saturday morning before wrangling the littles. I have my granola with @nakulaplantbased coconut yoghurt, @insideoutng almond milk (they even put probiotics and collagen in their blend!) and these amazingly plump blueberries 🫐.
